We use an itemized checklist to ensure a consistent and detailed approach to each and every visit. The inspection checklist is created in collaboration with the home-owner to address any other specific concerns or components of the property.

This includes solving lighting issues, plumbing problems, maintenance of heating and cooling systems, repairing wind and water damage, roof and siding repairs, gutter cleaning, window washing, interior and exterior painting, pressure washing of house, deck, dock, and patio, pest control, fire and security system maintenance, pool, hot tub, and spa maintenance, garbage removal, whole house cleaning, and other specific maintenance items unique to your property.
Seasonal care of the lawn and surrounding land to enhance the health and aesthetic of the property.
Lawn care includes mowing, trimming, leaf removal, fertilizing, and watering.
Landscaping includes the installation of plants and hardscapes, as well as mulching, weeding, and attention to gardens.
