Podium Property Care was founded by Nathan Barbour with a simple goal: to provide homeowners with the level of personal attention, reliability, and accountability that comes from having a trusted local representative for their property. With a hands-on understanding of home maintenance and the unique demands of Adirondack properties, Nathan takes a thoughtful and proactive approach to every home under Podium's care. By intentionally maintaining a select client portfolio, he remains personally involved in each property and accessible to the homeowners who entrust Podium with its care.
